Yes, the machine is portable enough to carry inside a car. The feed hopper quickly detaches with a simple turn-lock mechanism to fit into the boot or rear seat of any standard hatchback or sedan, and sturdy wheels allow you to roll it smoothly straight onto the court.

We are Computer Engineering students who play badminton professionally. Practice drills take hundreds of consistent feeds, but coaching sessions are expensive, court time is limited, and practice partners tire out.
Due to high import costs and near-zero availability in the Indian subcontinent, commercial shuttle throwers cost ₹1.5 to ₹3 lakh and are difficult to service when parts wear out. We are building Badminton Baddie to give clubs and solo players an effective training machine with readily available parts.
